Ecotherapy

Weaving nature into psychotherapy as a framework and a practice.

Continuing Education Training (2.5 CEs)
March 21, 2026
9:30am-12:30pm

Course Description: This 3-hr experiential ecotherapy training will be an opportunity for therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, and folks in the healing arts to learn about and experience the practice of ecotherapy. We will connect to nature through experiential, mindful, and somatic practices and learn ways to implement ecotherapy into your own practice. This experience will be hands-on, so expect to leave with an embodied sense of how an ecotherapy practice can look in your life and work. Participants are invited to bring a nature offering to enhance our experience; a favorite stone, plant, photo of a place or being that you love or feel connected to.
