GROUPS

Psychotherapy groups provide weekly space to go deeper into your process on a specific topic. Even if one of our groups is not currently running, you can sign up to be on the waitlist for our next offering.

Group sign up process: 1. Choose Your Group: Select the group that best aligns with your needs and fill out the form on that group’s page. 2. Connect with Your Therapist: Our Care Coordinator will connect you with the group's therapist, who will schedule a time to meet with you. 3. Intake Session: During this session, you'll discuss your goals and how the group can benefit you. We also use this session to ensure that the group is a good fit for everyone involved. 4. Confirm Your Spot: If the group is a match, we'll send you consent forms and require a deposit to secure your place.
