Chronic Pain Support Group
Living with chronic pain is physically and emotionally stressful and can significantly impact our wellbeing, especially when experienced in isolation. Sometimes it can be difficult to feel seen or understood by those around us, especially when we are experiencing pain. We might have difficulty identifying how we feel, expressing our needs, or self-isolating, which can prolong recovery.
In this group, we will connect with other adults with chronic pain. This group is for those who are feeling isolated, and who may need emotional support and resources to support their healing journey. This group is for those navigating chronic pain for longer than 6+ months. If you feel like you could use something like this, join us.
